We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic person with incredible customer service skills and a strong design sense to join our team and take ownership of listing preparation, transaction coordination, and visual design projects. 


The real estate market follows a seasonal ebb and flow, and the day-to-day and week-to-week needs can vary greatly. This isn't a standard 9-5 desk job, but offers a lot of flexibility, time in and out of the field. The specificities of the role can be constructed around the skills, strengths and interests of the person. Our office is in the heart of the Mission, and serves as a jumping off point for our work across the city.

Ideal candidate is a licensed California real estate salesperson living in San Francisco


  • Above market rate compensation package 

  • Base salary plus share of commission

  • End of year profit sharing bonus 

  • Optional salary deferment into a retirement account 


  • Property preparation 

    • Create initial scope of work 

    • Gather quotes for work required 

    • Create work schedule and monitor progress 

    • Regularly meet the contractors 

    • Deliver a market ready property 

  • Staging- Team & Vendor Collaboration

    • Stager walkthroughs upon listing signing

    • Provide quotes to the seller 

    • Coordinate property preparation priorities 

    • Provide install support 

    • Install fresh flowers and refresh throughout

    • Cleaning, sweeping, refreshing homes prior to showing and open houses 

    • Polish home after staging has been removed 

  • Disclosures delivery 

    • Ordering required reports

    • Scheduling Home & Pest Inspections

    • Working with sellers on improvement lists

    • Acquire signatures and manage delivery of docs

  • Administrative work - Team Collaboration 

    • Draft offers and acquire disclosure signatures

    • Communicating with clients after an accepted offer

    • Post-close document and swag delivery

  • Creative Pursuits - Team Collaboration

    • Creation of collateral materials such as holiday gifts

    • Website design 

    • Coordination of annual client appreciation party 

    • Graphic design of marketing collateral
